Hello,  this is my eighth year as a teacher at Frankston Elementary and twenty-eighth year as an educator. For the 2022-2023 school year,  I will be teaching Fifth Grade Science and Social Studies.  

I hold a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F. Austin University and a Masters degree in Library Science from Texas Woman's University. 

I have a passion for education.  I believe that school should be fun and engaging.  I strive to teach content in a hands-on way that allows all students to succeed. "Tell me and I forget.  Teach me and I remember.  Involve me and I learn." from Benjamin Franklin is my philosophy of teaching.
