Sports Activities Rescheduled UIL

In anticipation of the July 4th holiday and the potential for increased social interactions, the UIL is recommending schools consider closing summer workouts, rehearsals, practices, and instruction from Friday, July 3rd through Sunday, July 12th resuming Monday, July 13th.

Frankston ISD will adhere to the UIL's recommendation and close our athletic facilities next week.  

Retirement Announcement Ed Prater

Frankston ISD would like to ​recognize and offer congratulations to Ed Prater, Director of Operations, Technology, and Grants, on his retirement at the end of the ​2019-2020 school year.  Mr. Prater has played an important role in the growth and success of our district for more than two decades. His guidance and leadership have been invaluable in maintaining an educational facility where staff and students 

Anderson County Document Destruction Document Destruction

The Special Education Department of Anderson County is preparing to destroy personally identifiable information that is maintained to provide educational services to students with disabilities. This information includes referral data, notice/consent documents, assessment reports and supporting data, ARD Committee deliberations and the IEP. 

Online Student Enrollment enrollment

All returning students may register online, through Skyward Access, beginning June 1st. Instructions are available at the link below. Computers with instructions are available in the foyer of each campus for completing registration. The laptop will be in the foyer Monday- Thursday 8-4:00pm. Additionally, paper enrollment forms in Spanish are also available at each campus.

 

Benefits for Families PEBT

Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) is a one-time food benefit for families who lost access to free or reduced-price meals due to school closures. Eligible P-EBT families can find more information and application instructions through the links below.  A P-EBT call center can be reached at 833-613-6220 to assist families in completing their application.

Meal delivery to the Frankston ISD community will continue through the month of July.  There are a few changes to the location schedule and delivery vehicles but we are committed to meeting this need for FISD area children for the coming month.
